COMMUNITY RISK REDUCTION

While emergency response is the most visible manner in which the Fire Department provides service to the public, according to the National Fire Protection Agency, it is our fire prevention programs that provide the most efficient methods to protect our community. Community risk reduction programs are designed to prevent emergencies from occurring and to reduce the harm caused by emergencies that do occur.
