POULSBO FIRE DEPARTMENT (Kitsap County Fire District #18)
PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
 
Notice is hereby given that the Poulsbo Fire Department, Poulsbo, Washington, will receive sealed bids for the following public works project:
Project Title: Station 71 Restroom Renovation Project
Project Location: 911 NE Liberty Rd, Poulsbo WA 98370
Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on February 23, 2026, at 911 NE Liberty Rd, Poulsbo WA, 98370. Bid Opening will at 12:15 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 911 NE Liberty RD, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as described in the Bid/Contract Documents.
All Bid Documents may be obtained beginning January 20, 2026 from https://poulsbofire.org/current-bids-rfps/ , or by contacting Nichole Sawyers at nsawyers@poulsbofire.org.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Poulsbo Fire Department, in accordance with RCW 39.04.010.
This project is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Law (RCW 39.12). The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable state laws, including RCW 39.08 (Performance and Payment Bonds) and RCW 60.28 (Retainage).
Bidders must be registered contractors in the State of Washington and meet the responsibility criteria established in RCW 39.04.350.
The Poulsbo Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the public.
