impact fees

As our community grows, so does the demand for emergency services. That’s why Poulsbo Fire Department is partnering with the City of Poulsbo to implement growth impact fees beginning January 2027, helping ensure that new development contributes to the infrastructure and equipment needed to serve our growing community while reducing the burden on current taxpayers.

The department is also actively pursuing growth impact fees in unincorporated Kitsap County.
